Very easy to assemble..screws & pieces marked clearly in bags & matching instructions. They even included an extra screw or piece in each bag. There were some reviews stating it took hours to assemble. My husband had it done in less than an hr, which included unboxing & cleanup. He was impressed with product. Instructions for building ALMOST perfect (one step out of order), sturdy, nice looking. Plenty of room for large system. (55” led, 7.1surround system, multiple game consoles and accessories etc. only downside (-1 star), is no backplate behind upper shelf leaving wires visible if you use for components. Other than that I’m happy with it.

After reading some of the reviews I was reluctant to purchase this as I was nervous about damaged pieces or it being extremely difficult to assemble. I had neither of those problems, quite the opposite. As we were going through the directions step by step every piece came together perfectly and it became more and more clear how sturdy the product was going to be. The finished result is a beautiful TV stand that’s durable and well made. I’m so impressed with this piece and glad it’s what I chose.

I love this TV stand! I spent a lot of time trying to decide on a new stand and finally decided this was the one. With the furniture industry being what it is now, waiting 6+ months for anything, I thought I would see how HWLEXTRA furniture went, and can say I'm extremely happy with the whole process. Shipped quickly, and while it took time to assemble by myself (all well made furniture takes time to assemble) the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I'm so so glad I chose this stand. It's beautifully made and goes perfectly with my other furniture. It is very sturdy and I have no fear of my TV falling off, nor do I see any sagging in the middle because of the middle support. This is an awesome stand. It came in a very heavy box but came quicker than expected. My 14 yr old daughter and myself put it together. Some of the instructions were questionable like which side in step one the slider should be on ( we put it on back wards at first ) the instructions are photos only. Took us about 2 hours to fully put together. All over a great product so far!

Love this piece! AND the company! customer service is great!!!When we assembled the piece, one of the doors wasn’t sliding well. They sent extra hardware, and it still didn’t slide, so they sent a replacement door, now it’s perfect! As soon as we wrote to Customer Service and they became aware of the problem, they did everything in their power to make us happy! I would definitely buy from from now on!

This is my second purchase. The first one was a bench which makes an excellent plant stand, so when I saw this TV stand I knew I would be getting a sturdy and attractive product. This TV stand is extremely sturdy, which puts it in a class of its own for this price. The directions were easy to follow if you've put furniture together before. It was packaged well, all the parts were there and none were damaged. The whole package weighs 90 pounds, so the only struggle with receiving and assembling this was that it's quite heavy! But if you want stability it has to have that weight, and I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This comes in a huge heavy box, with no clear directions on where to open it.So I opened it upside down and had to take all the pieces out to find the instructions.The instructions could use a little more detail on directions on a couple of steps and pieces. But as you get started, it comes together and is easier.So sturdy!The only meh: the shelves aren’t really anchored and can slide around.If I (single white woman with ZERO building instincts or knowledge) can build it by myself, you can too!They send one extra of every screw, and it’s all labeled.Just get it!

Absolutely love it! It came earlier than expected. I put it together myself with the tools it came with and just a small cordless powered screwdriver. It is probably the easiest project I've put together, but took about 2 hours. I was impressed with the quality, it is very sturdy and heavy! Would definitely recommend!

I love this unit. Took me a few hours to put together & I needed my husband's help with some of it as it is a large unit. Once it's put together it is a lovely piece of furniture & sturdy. The instructions/diagrams could have been clearer, but that's the case with any build your own nowadays. Price was very good on this as well. I looked at other similar looking units & this is a very good value.

I like the overall aesthetics of the unit. Very rustic and industrial looking. Wish there would have been a better description of the size of the lower side and center compartments. My pc barely fit in the center area. I'll have to take the barn doors off to access the side compartments. They won't slide past the front of my pc. By only an inch. Due to clearance for the cables going through the lower rear hole provided. Will have to make more holes to make it work properly and slide the doors.

All the material was easy to identify and put together. The instructions were easy to understand and I was able to construct it alone without difficulty. It also included extra bolts and screws, but none were needed. It looks very smooth and clean once complete and the doors move easily on the tracks. It was worth the money and I would recommend to others. I honestly don't have a complaint.

This did take a while to build and I personally hate fighting with styrofoam, but it is fantastic. If you want a product that fits exactly into a 52 inch slot this does the trick. The sliding barn doors are great. I collect lots of board games and hate clutter. It is very sturdy but I wouldn’t sit on it.

I've ordered quite a few pieces from this company and have been really pleased. They are packed really well - the boxes have come ripped, bent, covered in foot prints etc., But I've had no issues with the product inside. The pieces are heavy and don't feel cheap. It looks really good in my living room and they all matched up really well. Took me about 2 hours to assemble myself, almost three by the time I put all the wires and stuff back into place and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time and was not damaged by the HWLEXTRA delivery folks. I assembled it by myself while watching a college football game. By the end of the game the stand assembly was complete. I love the piece. It is well designed and engineered. It is very sturdy and there is a ton of room for TV related electronics and other stuff. Would recommend and would repurchase.

This was very easy to assemble, I think it’s the first piece I’ve done without any issues and “F” bombs! The quality was also better than expected for the price range. Shipping was fast. Direction to put assemble could be a little more clear but I put furniture together a lot so this was hard to figure out. After it was assemble it was sturdy and solid. I using this as out coffee table and work desk while on the road in our RV. It fit what our needs. Plus was the extra storage under the top two shelves.

I was able to build this by myself but it took three and a half hours. A good chunk of that time was just trying to figure out the directions because the pictures are not blown up enough to be very clear. Also three parts were mislabeled so I had to do some sleuthing there and I'm missing an entire back panel labeled "O". (It was supposed to come with two and I only received one)Building it and the mislabeled and missing parts was extremely frustrating but The final built product is great. And I'm hoping that I can get the missing "O" panel from the company to complete the build.

I read the reviews about the challenges in building this cabinet. I was able to build it alone within two hours. I did have only one issue, one screw did not seat properly on the top base connecting to the side of the cabinet. No matter how many times I took it apart and even turned it around, the one side just did not line up. Other than that, the instructions were easy to follow. Easily holds my sound bar, sub-woofer, gaming console and the barn doors conceal accessories beautifully. Very happy with this purchase.

I'll make it short.... It looks great, assembly requires focus but not complicated, it took almost 2-hours to build.Cons:Shelves are not notched to prevent sliding. Once installed, they will keep sliding off which is not good especially if you have electronics. I took 1/4" drill bit, marked the position of the shelves with a pencil and notched the shelves myself, easy fix. Note to manufacturer, Notch your shelves.Personal Cons:Our Yamaha RX-780 AV receiver is too deep, i should of checked depth prior to buying, we ended up not installing the back cover and kept the front doors on. A bit of cable management and the cables were no longer a problem.(2) tips when building, pay attention to orientation of part H connecting to G, It's an easy fix if you mess it up. Also, i recommend to not install the back cover part 'O' per the instruction in the manual. You can install the back cover after the unit is built and before installing shelves.

Great stand fits my 55” tv perfect, holds all my entertainment consoles, nice spot for sound bar. Only flaw is it would be nice if there were holes in the side compartments for cables, I just drilled my own. But other than that it is a great stand and really easy to setup, took me about and hour with the step by step instructions. I didn’t want a stand that was to low, this one is just about the right height for my liking.

I put this stand together by myself! My parents also have this stand and they built it together. The instructionse aren’t the best but they aren’t the worst. It’s just pictures telling you how many of the screws to use. Love how it looks in our space and so far the cats haven’t tried to jump on it and walk behind the TV. Fair warning this is 100 lbs, my package was delayed a day or two because of the heavy weight but its EXTREMELY sturdy, and super easy to build. The only thing is there are some screw holes that arent actually holes, but just a little circle cut out to indicate where the screw goes. You will need a drill for these few holes, the screwdriver wont be enough as you need to make the hole yourself. Bought two of these and they really make my house look amazing with all of my other furniture!

We needed a TV stand to raise the TV height high enough to see from the bed (the old TV stand was lower than the bed). The barn doors hide the DVD player and videos. We are not handy at all and it took two of us almost 3 hours but we did manage to put this together relatively painlessly. I have the patience to read and follow directions and my husband managed the actual assembly. right off the bat two parts label’s were mixed up which we caught by laying everything out and counting the pieces... Also it was super hard to determine from the picture instructions which way the very first metal piece went on. Of course we had it upside down and didn’t realize it until the very last step (which was putting on the barn doors) but again it wasn’t super hard to remove it and put it on the correct way (which we thought we were going to have to start all over again but we didn’t).

It has lots of steps and lots of pieces and sometimes the diagrams arent clear on which side of the pice you should be working on so it takes a LOT of patience but once you do manage to get it together it's sturdy and holds my 42 inch tv with room to spare. My niece spilled juice on the tv stand, Thankfully it did not seep through and bubble up. The clean up on it was very nice. I love this product It hides everything I need it to hide. When it went though the shipping process it got a little ding on one of the corners but it's so small you cant even see it unless you look close up, so I don't even care about that. Other than that it was an easy set up and looks great in my living room.

Took me about two hours to put together by myself (I am moderately experienced at furniture building). The instructions were almost perfectly clear at every step (there were a few points where it is not clear which part is "the front", but reading ahead helps to clear it up), so it wasn't an annoying piece to build.There are a bunch of extra screws, so don't be alarmed when you finish and have extra lying around.
