Exchange and Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging containing all contents as originally received.
- For items that were incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective, shipping costs will be covered by HWLEXTRA. For all other returns, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- An exchange will be processed once the item is verified to be in its original condition. The exchange may take up to two weeks depending on the return shipping time and availability of items requested. We will keep you updated via email.
Refund Policy
A refund will take 3-5 business days to process and the amount will be returned via the original method of payment chosen during checkout. You will receive an email update once a refund is processed successfully. Please note your payment provider might take some time to reflect the refunded amount in your account or billing cycle.
